Professional wrestler from Canada, Genevieve Goulet has been admitted to a hospital and is being treated in the Intensive Care Unit. Goulet who is better known to her wrestling fans as LuFisto, is being treated for what she described as flesh eating bacteria. LuFisto posted on her social media page on Thursday, June 13th saying this,
“Long story short, I’ve been in intensive care since yesterday and it looks like I will be in there a few more days. Now fighting against some flesh-eating bacteria. I’m tired. I’d like to have a break , please.”
LuFisto has been wrestling professionally for 26 years and she has worked for many prominent companies including Shine, Rise, Shimmer, and GCW.
There is no update on her condition at this time.
